The college currently offers bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees through its academic units: the Departments of Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Students may also pursue professional teacher, administrator and other certifications.

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction prepares and supports effective professional educators who can meet students' diverse academic, social and personal needs. This program is designed for individuals with strong communication skills who love working with children and seek employment in a helping profession. It is perfect for someone who already knows that teaching is their career choice. Students in this program often choose teaching before they begin their postsecondary courses, but also for those who decide to teach during their college experience.

$2,500 The Future Teacher Scholarship for Undergraduate Transfer Students is available to rising college juniors and college transfer students. 

$5,000 The Dean’s Undergraduate Teacher Education Scholarship is available to first time freshmen, education intended, outstanding academic scholars. It is renewable for three additional years.

$2,500 The Become a Teacher Scholarship is available to first-time freshmen intending to study education.

$10,000 The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program (Undergraduate and Post-Baccalaureate) is available to Juniors and Seniors with an undergraduate major in any STEM field or graduate Students with an undergraduate degree in any STEM field.
